- • We may remove content that falls within the categories listed in §4 below, or in response to a credible legal order.
§1. What plug.delivery is
plug.delivery is a software platform that lets vendors run online storefronts for the sale of goods or services — physical products, prepared food, beauty services, mobile services, classes, rentals, anything a local seller offers. Vendors sign up, list what they sell, and accept orders from customers. plug.delivery provides the storefront, the checkout plumbing, the messaging surface, and (for vendors who deliver physical items) last-mile dispatch tools — nothing more.
We are not a party to any transaction between a vendor and a customer. We do not take custody of payment, we do not own or handle inventory, we do not perform any service, and we do not employ drivers or service providers. The contract is always between the customer and the vendor.
§2. Eligibility + accounts
Anyone of legal majority in their jurisdiction may sign up as a vendor or shop as a customer. Signup requires a working email address — nothing else.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us immediately at support@plug.delivery if you believe your account has been compromised.
§3. What vendors do + are responsible for
- Comply with the laws of your jurisdiction. plug.delivery does not screen products or services for legality, licensing, or professional qualification. You are solely responsible for confirming that everything you sell is legal where you operate and where your customers receive it — including any licenses, permits, certifications, or insurance your trade requires (e.g. cosmetology, food-handling, contractor licensure).
- Fulfill orders honestly.Deliver the goods or perform the services as described, in the condition or to the standard you advertised, at the price you charged. If you can't complete an order, refund the customer promptly.
- Handle disputes in good faith. Customer complaints, returns, and refunds are between you and the customer. plug.delivery does not arbitrate transaction disputes.
- Respect your customers' data. The customer information you collect through your storefront (name, address, contact info, order history) is held in trust. Do not sell it, share it commercially, or use it for anything beyond running your store.
§4. What is NOT allowed on plug.delivery
The list below is exhaustive. Anything not on this list is permitted as far as the platform is concerned — your local laws may say otherwise, and §3 above puts that responsibility on you. If something is unclear, ask first.
- Sexual content depicting minors (CSAM) in any form, real or synthetic. Zero tolerance. Will be reported to NCMEC immediately.
- Weapons designed primarily to kill or seriously injure people (firearms, ammunition, explosives, weaponized chemical or biological agents).
- Active recruitment, financing, or coordination of violence or terrorism.
- Identity theft tools or services targeting specific individuals (stolen credentials, doxxing kits, fraudulent government-document templates).
- Goods you know or have reason to believe are stolen.
Beyond those categories, plug.delivery does not impose a curated list of permitted products or services. Whether something is appropriate for sale on your storefront is determined by the laws of your jurisdiction and the standards of your local market — as covered in §3.
§5. Payments + fees
plug.delivery supports two payment methods at customer checkout: cash on delivery, or digital payment.
For digital payment: funds settle as USDC on the Base network directly to the vendor's wallet. plug.delivery does not take custody of customer payments and does not appear in the payment flow. The payment processor charges a network fee (varies by the payment method the customer selects) that is deducted before settlement to your wallet.
plug.delivery charges vendors a monthly platform subscription (separate from any payment-processor fee). The current price is shown in your portal Account tab.
Refunds are vendor-initiated. plug.delivery does not process chargebacks or mediate refund disputes.
§6. Privacy + data
See our Privacy Policy for the full details. The short version:
- We collect the minimum needed to operate the platform — your email, your store content, your orders, your messages, your wallet address.
- We never sell, share commercially, or rent your data.
- We do not collect government IDs, store SSNs or tax IDs, run third-party trackers, or profile you for advertising.
- You can download a full export of your store, customers, and orders any time from your portal Settings → Download everything. Disable your account from the same page (DELETE ACCOUNT button); historical records are retained per §7. For full data erasure, see the Privacy Policy §6.
§7. Account termination
You can leave at any time. Click DELETE ACCOUNT in your portal Settings. Your storefront goes offline, your account is locked, and you stop being billed. Historical records (orders, transactions, audit log) are retained for accounting and legal-compliance purposes; personal data is not exposed once the account is disabled.
To request full data erasure (your right under applicable privacy law), email support@plug.delivery from the address on file. We honor within 30 days, retaining only what is required by law.
We can remove your store in response to: (a) content described in §4, or (b) a credible binding legal order from a jurisdiction whose laws apply to us.
If we remove a vendor for §4 reasons we will tell you which item triggered the removal. If we remove for a legal order we will identify the order to the extent we are legally permitted to. We commit to publishing an annual transparency report of any government data requests received and how we responded.
§8. No warranty + limited liability
plug.delivery is provided as-is. We make no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of vulnerabilities. We are not responsible for the legality, quality, safety, or fitness of products sold by vendors, or for the actions of vendors, customers, or drivers.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, plug.delivery's aggregate liability to any vendor or customer is limited to the fees that vendor has paid to plug.delivery in the 12 months preceding the claim.
§9. Indemnification
Vendors agree to defend and indemnify plug.delivery against third-party claims arising from the products they sell, the accuracy of their listings, their compliance (or non-compliance) with applicable law, and their handling of customer data.
§10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be flagged with a new version number (currently v2026-05-26), and existing vendors will be prompted to re-accept the next time they log into the portal. Continued use of the platform after a version bump constitutes acceptance.
§11. Governing law + dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
Binding arbitration. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of plug.delivery will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, seated in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. You and plug.delivery each waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action.
Small claims carve-out. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court (in a venue that has jurisdiction over the parties) instead of arbitration.
Opt-out. You may opt out of the arbitration clause by emailing support@plug.delivery within 30 days of first accepting these Terms with the subject line “Arbitration Opt-Out.”
§12. Severability + entire agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms (together with the Privacy Policy) are the entire agreement between you and plug.delivery regarding the platform.
§13. SMS order notifications

What you receive:When you place an order on a storefront powered by plug.delivery and check the “Text me order updates” box at checkout, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages about that order.
